Regalia is a 39 single floor residence located on the last parcel of oceanfront property in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.  It’s landscape expresses Regalia’s seaside location using the form and rhythm of the beach which becomes a natural boundary to the pool deck overlooking the ocean.  As a continuation to the natural environment, soft cropped turf of seashore grass surrounds the area in a lawn that gives way to gentle dunes covered with tall native grasses in sage and lavender.  The pool is framed in stone and surrounded by cabanas nestled among the dune landscape with clear view of the sea.
